Q: Is there a minimum number of items I have to embroider?

Our minimum is one item.

Q: Can I provide the garments to you?

Absolutely, you can provide your own garments.

However, we can also provide you with a quote for the garment if you provide the manufacturer and style number along with the color, sizes, and quantity.

Q; Is there any type of garment you cannot embroider?

We do not embroider leather, fine silk fabric, and garments made of furry material.

Some bags and back packs cannot be embroidered. A zipper, button or pocket may be obstructing the area where we have to use clamps to hold down the bag. The thickness of the bags or padding may also prevent us from clapping down your bag.

Jackets, fleece and Outerwear may be made of material which may not be ideal for embroidery.  Small details in your design or logo may not be legible with embroidery. These garments may also have an inner pocket that may obstruct the embroidery location.

Q: How long would it take to complete my request?

For small quantities, we prefer 2 to 5 days and for large quantities 7 to 14 days.  Turnaround time may vary depending how busy we are.

We do make exceptions if you need a quicker turnaround based on our work schedule, so check with us when requesting a quote.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, and checks providing you have an account with us.
